Tattooing professionally for over 16 yrs. Ive been drawing and practicing in different mediums for as long as I can remember. Later the arts turned into the focus academically where I was in pursuit of a degree in fine art and art education throughout community college, NIU and onto The Art Institute of Chicago where I attended for a year before going “bust” on the expenses of education. The tattooing career started with a 4yr. apprenticeship from Spider Tattooz. It was there that I learned how to listen and work with clients to the best of my abilities, maintaining a clean and sterile environment, needle making and machine building/repair too constructing and completing a successful design that would later become a well executed tattoo.
I am grateful to Spider(RIP),and his wife Glo for taking a chance on me. Tattooing is a craft and art medium I feel fortunate to be apart of; and I do my best to show that appreciation by creating tattoos that people will be happy with for the rest of their lives.
